Refund Policy

KacData Plus is $49 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Enterprise plans are agreed in writing.

When a month's download quota is used up, downloads stop (HTTP 429) until the next billing month. There are no overage charges.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard (Manage Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your card is not charged again. We confirm the cancellation in writing on request.

If a payment has failed and the subscription is past due, cancelling ends the plan immediately and stops further payment attempts.

Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

If a second subscription is created while one is already active, we cancel the duplicate and refund that payment to the original payment method. The original subscription stays active.

If we fix an issue in a data file, the corrected file is re-uploaded under the same path so you can download it again.

Every payment in the billing history on the dashboard has an Invoice link to the Stripe-hosted invoice, which can be downloaded as a PDF.
